2. Non-Hazardous

• Standard Motor: 2 Speed, TEFC, 450% starting torque.

• Standard Controls: 2 Speed, NEMA 12 enclosure, machine mounted and wired.

• Variable Speed Motor: Inverter duty, TEFC.

• Variable Speed Drive: VFD, NEMA 12 enclosure, machine mounted and wired. (some sizes available in NEMA-4X/12 enclosure)

3. Hazardous

• Standard Motor: 2 Speed, explosion-proof, 450% starting torque.

• Standard Controls: 2 Speed, NEMA 7/9 enclosure, explosion-proof, machine mounted and wired.

• Variable Speed Motor: Inverter duty, explosion-proof.

• Variable Operator Station: NEMA 7/9 enclosure, explosion-proof, machine mounted.

• Variable Speed Drive: VFD, NEMA12 enclosure, non-explosion proof. Must be customer mounted in a non-hazardous area. Wiring to machine and operator station by customer.

Explosion-proof is for Class I, Division 1, Group D, Class II, Division 1, Groups F/G areas. (Other hazardous area classifications are available on request)

Tank Notes

4. On production size units, The standard tank is stainless steel. AR steel is available as an option. Ceramic, Polyurethane and plastic lined tanks are available for other mills.

5. Standard jacket is designed for maximum 10 psig. ASME coded vessels for higher pressure are available on request.

6. Standard agitator arms are made from hardened tool steel or stainless steel. Optional: Can be nickel hard-faced or have tungsten carbide, polyurethane, plastic or ZR02 sleeves.

Quotation Standards:

All units quoted F.O.B. Union Process. Machine Quotations are valid for 60 days from date of quote.
