Controls - 2 Speed, NEMA 12 enclosure, machine mounted and wired.

Variable Speed

Motor - 2 Speed, TEFC, 450% starting torque.
Controls - 2 Speed, NEMA 12 enclosure, machine mounted and wired.

Motor - Inverter duty, TEFC.
Drive - VFD, NEMA 12 enclosure, machine mounted and wired.
(some sizes available in NEMA-4X/12 enclosure)

Controls - 2 Speed, NEMA 7/9 enclosure, explosion-proof, machine mounted and wired.

Variable Speed

Motor - Inverter duty, explosion-proof.
Operator Station - NEMA 7/9 enclosure, explosion-proof, machine mounted.
Drive - VFD, NEMA12 enclosure, non-explosion proof. Must be customer mounted in a non-hazardous area. Wiring to machine and operator station by customer.

 

Explosion-proof is for Class I, Division 1, Group D, Class II, Division 1, Groups F/G areas. (Other hazardous area classifications are available on request)

Tank

On production size units, The standard tank is stainless steel. AR steel is available as an option. Ceramic, Polyurethane and plastic lined tanks are available for other mills.

Standard agitator arms are made from hardened tool steel or stainless steel. Optional: Can be nickel hard-faced or have tungsten carbide, polyurethane, plastic or ZR02 sleeves.
